Two brothers.
Six courts.
A new model for the sport.
Starting with just six courts in Tampa, brothers Ben and Kennedy Klaus — then 16 and 20 — built a programming-driven model that generated $1,014,795.17 in annual revenue without leaning on food, alcohol or memberships alone.
That facility has since grown to five locations across the Southeast, with partnerships extending into public parks and municipalities to maximize court utilization.
Along the way, we built our own software — because nothing on the market could keep up with the pace, scale and revenue rigor we needed. That platform is what we now offer to operators who want the same outcome.
"We don't sell software. We share the operating system that built K2 Sports Management."
