Sports Reservation Software

Where Passion Builds a Legacy .

The all-in-one booking platform for sports facilities — courts, classes, leagues, memberships & revenue tools.

Your software is costing you tens—if not hundreds—of thousands of dollars. Not because it's broken, but because it creates a poor booking experience and wasn't designed to maximize revenue. No amount of marketing can fix a broken system.

The Problem

Where facilities lose money — and don't even realize it.

Most facility owners think they have a marketing problem.
They don't. They have a system problem.

01

Poor Booking Experience

When sessions aren't clear on your website and easy to find, players see the wrong options — or none at all. If it's not obvious and instant, they don't book. What should be simple becomes confusing.

Opportunities are missed before they ever begin
02

Start-Stop Class Cycles

You fill a class. It runs. It ends. Now you're back to zero — marketing again from scratch. Every cycle kills momentum. Every restart costs weeks of revenue you'll never get back.

You lose 2–3 weeks of revenue every single cycle
03

Slow League Fill

Players wait. Nobody wants to be first. Leagues fill late — or not at all. Once momentum is lost it's brutally hard to recover. There's no urgency built into the system.

Missed signups and delayed cash flow, every season
04

Customer Confusion

Beginners see advanced sessions. Advanced players see beginner content. Classes, Leagues & Tournaments are hard to find. Nobody finds what's for them. If it's not obvious — it doesn't get booked.

Friction kills bookings before they ever happen
05

Empty Off-Peak Courts

Tuesday afternoon. Wednesday morning. Courts sit unused — not because demand doesn't exist, but because nothing is pulling it in. The lease payment doesn't care either way.

$2,000–$8,000/month in lost revenue — from courts already paid for

This isn't a marketing issue. It's a system design failure. K2 was built by operators who lived it — and fixed it.

No amount of marketing fixes a broken system.

The Philosophy

Why K2 actually works.

Every system in K2 is grounded in three principles we discovered by operating facilities — not by studying them.

Players Want to Belong

They don't just want to book a court. They want to be part of something. Communities, leagues, classes — structured programming builds the belonging that keeps players coming back week after week.

Programming-driven facilities generate dramatically more revenue than rental-only models.

Commitment Creates Habit

A drop-in is testing you. A three-week commit is building a habit. A seven-week lock-in is a lifestyle. Flex Pricing creates the ladder that takes players from curious to loyal — automatically.

The price ladder converts drop-ins to members without a single sales conversation.

Urgency Drives Action

When there's no reason to sign up early, nobody does. When the price increases after the first 8 players, the first 8 spots fill fast. Scarcity and deadlines are powerful tools — not gimmicks.

Early Bird Pricing fills leagues faster and captures more total revenue per event.

The Revenue Systems

6 systems that drove $1M on 6 courts.

Not features. Not theory. These are the exact systems used in our own facilities — built from real pain, tested on real courts, and proven to drive real revenue.

🔄

Rolling Signups

The class that never stops. Set one time slot — it runs every week. Players join when ready. Open spots fill instantly. Revenue flows continuously without dead weeks.

🔥

Hot Deals

Every facility has slow hours. One tap turns any unused slot into a time-sensitive offer. Your customers get notified. The court fills. Dead inventory becomes live revenue.

🐦

Early Bird Pricing

If there's no reason to sign up early, nobody does. First 8 spots at $79, next 8 at $99 — or by timeframe. Early commitment rewarded. Leagues fill faster at higher average prices.

💰

Flex Pricing

Drop-ins are future members — if you give them a clear path. Drop in once at full price. Commit to 3 weeks and save. Lock in 7 weeks and save more. Players upgrade themselves.

🎯

Smart Categories

Most platforms show everything to everyone. With K2, it takes three taps to find exactly what a player wants — by sport, category and skill level. Less confusion = dramatically more bookings.

📊

Analytics & Revenue

Revenue, utilization, retention and program performance — all in one view. Know what's working and where money is leaking before problems become patterns.

The Operator's Edge

Designed where the work actually happens.

Every screen, every workflow, every shortcut was first prototyped on the courts — inside our own facilities, with our own staff and members. What you get isn't software designed in a boardroom. It's a system shaped by daily operational reality.

The Story

Two brothers.
Six courts.
A new model for the sport.

Starting with just six courts in Tampa, brothers Ben and Kennedy Klaus — then 16 and 20 — built a programming-driven model that generated $1,014,795.17 in annual revenue without leaning on food, alcohol or memberships alone.

That facility has since grown to five locations across the Southeast, with partnerships extending into public parks and municipalities to maximize court utilization.

Along the way, we built our own software — because nothing on the market could keep up with the pace, scale and revenue rigor we needed. That platform is what we now offer to operators who want the same outcome.

"We don't sell software. We share the operating system that built K2 Sports Management."

Ready When You Are

You don't need more courts.
You need a better system.

Most facilities try to grow by adding space, staff, and complexity. We did the opposite. We optimized what we already had. Same footprint. Different system. That's how you turn 6 courts into a $1M facility.

FAQ

Common questions.

"We already have software."

Most facilities do. The real question is: is your software costing you money — or making you money? If your courts still have dead time and leagues don't fill instantly, it's not working hard enough. We don't change your business. We make it more profitable.

"We're not just pickleball."

Neither are we. K2 was built for multi-sport from the ground up. Each sport lives in its own category with its own programming, pricing, and customer experience — while all sharing one platform. One platform. Every sport. Zero confusion.

"Is this just for big facilities?"

No. The revenue systems work at 3 courts or 30. Smaller facilities often see the biggest impact — every empty court represents a higher percentage of total potential revenue. Whether you operate 3 courts or 20, K2 scales with you.

"How hard is it to switch?"

Less than you think. K2 was built by operators who understand your time is on the floor, not in front of a computer. Our team handles the full migration — member records, bookings, payment history and program data. You go live with zero disruption to your members.

How does pricing work?

We offer tier-based monthly subscriptions, a revenue-aligned partnership model (3–6% platform fee), and an Enterprise track for multi-location operators. Full details on the Pricing page.

Do you offer white-label branding?

Yes. The entire platform — booking portal, member emails, receipts and the operator dashboard — runs under your brand: your logo, your domain and your colour scheme.
